Ideal Office Equipment

Ideal Office Equipment has been serving the Las Vegas area for over 60 years.  Ideal relocated to Las Vegas in 1947 when the population was only 20,000 people.  Just as Las Vegas has grown and changed dramatically over the years so has the office supply industry.  Even with these changes to the community and industry, Ideal continues to maintain old fashioned values such as making customer service its priority.

Many of Ideal’s employees have been with the company for over 20 years, some longer than 30 years.  Ideal’s employees know their customers well and are committed to the idea that the customer comes first.  When you call Ideal Office Equipment, the phone is immediately answered by a knowledgeable person who is ready and able to answer your questions or take your order.

Normal delivery time for an order is the following business day and in some cases the same day an order is received.  Ideal also offers a will call service, if you are in immediate need of supplies call Ideal – they will check stock and set-up your order so that you can make a quick pick-up.

Focus on your markets

Once you commit to selling in a particular market, take the time to establish specific targets. The number of markets & opportunities are endless and you must condition yourself to concentrate on one at a time.

Most small & moderate sized companies are limited in their sales and business development resources. The urge to chase every opportunity identified can be counter productive. Many of our companies that have positioned themselves to develop strong relationships with a small number of purchasing activities are very successful.

Do your research, learn of your buying group and then prove yourself. On the electronics side, find the buying office's website, navigate it and identify the information useful to your pursuit of business. They more than likely have a vendor registration for your company to be visible within their internal database. Government or Commercial!

Good Luck & don't hesitate to contact us for any assistance.
